FIFA and France Football Federation will announce the 23 man shortlist for the footballer of the Year
However the votes counting is finished now the only three man on top who have received the great number of votes but the official announcement of the winner will reveal in early December 2013 at the
Fifa Ballon d’Or gala as part of a televised show at the Zurich Kongresshaus. While the 2013 Ballon D’or shortlist for World’s Best Player and Coach of the Year has been unveiled.
